Training and Development Specialist:

 

Duties:

Design, plan, organize and direct training programs for employees of the company.

Train and educate Taekwondo instructors with knowledge and skills of effective Taekwondo teaching.

Develop training materials based on company’s programs and needs.

Oversee and evaluate performance of instructors to assess further training needs and monitor program effectiveness.

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Taekwondo, or related discipline.

 

Hours:

40hr/wk.
